Flowers tied by hand at Far East Plaza, every morning since 1996.
Thirty years at the same bench
We would rather be the florist you come back to than the cheapest one you find.
“Ordered from London at midnight for my mother in Toa Payoh. It arrived that afternoon and they sent me a photo of it at her door.”
Adeline, London“We have had flowers on our reception every Monday for four years. I have never once had to chase them.”
Marcus, Office Manager, Orchard“I walked in with no idea what I wanted and a small budget. What I walked out with was better than anything I could have picked.”
Siti, Bukit TimahWhat Singapore sends most
Eight arrangements we have been making, refining and wrapping for three decades.
Same-Day Delivery
Order before 1pm and it is tied that morning and delivered island-wide today.
PayPal & Amex
Built so family overseas can pay the way they already pay at home.
Hand-Tied, Never Boxed
Built to order each morning, wrapped at the counter, never pre-made.
One Shop, Thirty Years
The same unit on level five of Far East Plaza since 1996.

Flower care
Making a bouquet last in Singapore humidity
Why your flowers wilt by Thursday, and the three things we do at the shop that you can do at home.
Etiquette
What to write on a condolence card
The wording people ask us for most, and what to avoid when you did not know the family well.
Business
Why opening stands still matter
What a row of stands outside a new shop actually signals in Singapore, and how many to send.
Flowers, seasons and the odd reminder before you forget.
Seasonal collections, delivery cut-offs before the busy weeks, and the occasions people forget.
Home / Bouquets
Bouquets
Hand-tied each morning at Far East Plaza and delivered island-wide the same day. Wrapped the way we have wrapped them since 1996: soft matte paper, real ribbon, never a plastic sleeve.
Tell us the occasion and the budget
Thirty years of reading a brief means we usually get it right first time. Message the shop and we will build something and send you a photo before it goes out.
Home / Bouquets / The Anethum Signature
The Anethum Signature
S$98.00 SGDPink oriental lilies, pale pink roses, white lisianthus and enough baby's breath to make it generous, in our soft dusty rose wrap with a raffia tie. The bouquet we have made more than any other, and the one we would send our own family.
Free with every order, written by the same hands that tie the bouquet.

Shop by occasionFlowers for the moment you are actually in
Most people do not arrive looking for a flower. They arrive because someone got engaged, someone is in hospital, someone has opened a shop, or someone has died. Start there and the bouquet picks itself.

Anniversary & Romance
Red and blush roses, oriental lilies, the wide satin ribbon. Ordered most often on the day itself, which we are used to.

Birthday
Tulips, gerbera and mixed seasonal stems. Bright without being loud, and it survives an office desk.

Congratulations
New job, new flat, new baby, exam results. Sunflowers do the heavy lifting here.

Sympathy & Condolence
Restrained whites and greens, delivered quietly and on time. We will advise on wording for the card if you would rather not guess.

Get Well
Fruit baskets with flowers worked in, so there is something to eat as well as something to look at.

Grand Opening
Tall congratulatory stands with your sash wording. Delivered and set up before the doors open.

CollectionHampers, fruit baskets and festive gifts
Flowers say something. A hamper says it and then feeds the whole ward, the whole office or the whole family. We have built both for thirty years, often for the same customer on the same day.
Hampers at volume, one invoice
Festive season, client thank-yous, staff appreciation. If you need ten of the same hamper going to ten different addresses, that is a corporate order, and it is priced and handled differently.
Corporate gifting
Home / Corporate Flowers
For businessCorporate flowers, run as an account
A business does not want to reorder flowers every week. It wants a florist who already knows the lobby, the vase, the invoice address and the finance contact, and who turns up without being chased.
Pick the one that matches your problem
Weekly office flowers
A standing arrangement on reception, refreshed on the same day each week. One agreed spend, one monthly invoice, no purchase order per delivery.
Openings, events & weddings
Congratulatory stands for a launch, arrangements for a dinner, or full styling for a wedding. Delivered, set up, and cleared afterwards if you want that too.
Corporate gifting
Client hampers and staff gifts at volume, going to many addresses from one order and one invoice. Your card message on every one.
Ad-hoc business orders
A client is in hospital, a partner has been promoted, a supplier has retired. Call it in, we bill it to the account, nobody expenses anything.
Long enough to be boring about it
We have not moved
Anethum Florist has been trading since 1996 from Far East Plaza. Your account will not be inherited by a new owner in eighteen months.
One person, not a call centre
You deal with the same people who tie the bouquet. When you need something changed by Thursday, there is nobody to escalate to because you are already talking to them.
Invoiced, not expensed
Corporate accounts are billed monthly against agreed terms, so your team stops putting flowers on personal cards and reclaiming them.
Four steps, then it is on autopilot
We see the space
A photo of the counter is usually enough. Height, light and how close people stand to it decide the arrangement more than taste does.
Agree day and spend
You pick the delivery day and a weekly budget. We work to that figure rather than sending a quote every week.
We deliver and swap
Same day each week. We bring the fresh arrangement, take the old one away, and leave the vase clean.
One invoice monthly
Billed to the account on agreed terms. No purchase order per delivery, no reimbursement forms.
Sized to the counter, not to a catalogue
These are the three shapes most offices land on. The weekly figure is agreed with you before anything starts.
| Arrangement | Suits | What it usually contains | Weekly spend |
|---|---|---|---|
| Reception Low | A counter people speak across | A low ceramic bowl, seasonal blooms and foliage, kept below eye level so it does not block conversation. | S$120 a week |
| Lobby Statement | A tall entrance or atrium | A raised arrangement with height and structure, built to read from across the room. | S$220 a week |
| Meeting Room Set | Several rooms at once | Three or more matching small arrangements, refreshed together on the same visit. | S$180 a week |
Questions finance teams ask
Is there a minimum contract length?
What happens over public holidays?
Can we pause during an office move or shutdown?
Who do we contact when something is wrong?
The tall ones outside the door
Singapore reads a row of congratulatory stands as a signal that the business is backed. That is the point of them, and why the sash wording matters as much as the flowers.
We deliver and set up before the doors open, position them so they frame the entrance without blocking it, and come back to clear them when the opening is over.
- Single-tier and two-tier stands
- Your sash wording, printed and checked with you before it goes out
- Delivery, setup and collection across Singapore
- Multiple stands from different senders coordinated as one delivery
Bridal work, booked well ahead
Bridal bouquets, bridesmaid posies, car and table flowers, and ceremony arrangements. Quoted as one piece of work after we have talked through the day.
Wedding floristry is a service Anethum already offers. It is not a bouquet you add to a cart, so this page starts a conversation rather than taking an order.
Start a wedding enquiry
Corporate events and dinners
Table arrangements
Low centrepieces sized so guests can see across them, delivered and placed before service.
Stage and backdrop flowers
Arrangements built to read from the back of a room and to photograph without going flat.
Awards and gifting on the night
Presentation bouquets prepared to a count and held ready backstage.
You send a list, we do the rest
Send the brief
Quantity, budget per gift, and whether it is client-facing or internal. That is enough for us to come back with two or three options.
Approve one sample
We build one and photograph it, or you come to the shop and look at it. Nothing goes out until you have seen it.
Send the address list
A spreadsheet with recipient, address, contact number and the card message for each one. We handle the routing.
Delivered and confirmed
We deliver across the dates you set and confirm each one. One invoice at the end, on your account terms.
The four spikes in a Singapore year
Chinese New Year
Client hampers and orange arrangements. The busiest period, and the one that needs the earliest brief.
Christmas
Staff and client gifting at volume, usually to home addresses as well as offices.
Openings and launches
Congratulatory stands for a partner or a client, often several from different senders at once.
Milestones
Promotions, retirements, condolences and new babies across a staff list, handled through the account.
Or just call us
Thirty years of corporate work has taught us that most briefs are faster spoken than typed.

What happens next
We read the brief, come back with two or three options and a price, and if it is a contract we will want to see a photo of the space first. Nothing is charged until you have agreed the figure.
A relay service is not a florist
International flower sites take your order, take a cut, and pass it to whichever local shop is available. You pay more, you never learn who made it, and the photograph you chose is not what gets delivered. Ordering direct removes the middle.
You see who makes it
The bouquet is made at Far East Plaza by the shop you ordered from. What you choose is what is tied.
Pay how you already pay
PayPal and American Express are accepted at checkout, alongside Visa, Mastercard and PayNow.
Proof it arrived
We message you a photo at the door, so you are not sitting in another time zone wondering.
Singapore is ahead of most of you
The most common mistake with an international order is ordering on your date rather than theirs. Singapore runs on SGT, which is eight hours ahead of UTC and does not change for daylight saving.
| You are in | Singapore is | Order by, your time, for same-day |
|---|---|---|
| London | 7 hours ahead | By 6am your time |
| Sydney | 2 hours behind | By 3pm your time |
| New York | 12 hours ahead | By 1am your time |
| Jakarta or Bangkok | 1 hour ahead | By 12 noon your time |
Order before cut-off
Order before 1pm Singapore time. After that it goes out first thing the next working day.
We build it fresh
Tied the same morning at Far East Plaza. Nothing is pulled from a fridge of ready-made stock.
Delivered island-wide
Across Singapore, including offices, hospitals and condominiums with a guardhouse.
You get told
A message when it is delivered, with a photo if you want one.
All of Singapore, with two sensible exceptions
We deliver island-wide. A small number of locations need extra time or a different arrangement, and it is better to say so here than to disappoint somebody on the day.
Standard island-wide
Residential, offices, condominiums, schools and hotels across the main island.
Hospitals and wards
Delivered to the ward reception. Some wards do not accept fresh flowers at all, so tell us the ward and we will check before you pay.
Restricted areas
Sentosa, Jurong Island, Tuas and the airport transit areas need advance notice and may carry a surcharge. A S$50 surcharge applies and we need a day of notice.
Home / Our Story
Since 1996Thirty years of the same pair of hands
Anethum Florist opened in 1996. Singapore has rebuilt most of itself since then, and we are still tying bouquets at Far East Plaza, for many of the same families.
What thirty years actually buys you
Not nostalgia. Judgement. Thirty years of standing at the same bench means we know which roses hold in Singapore humidity and which collapse by evening, which wholesaler is worth trusting in a bad week, and how to read a customer who says “something nice” and means “I have done something wrong”.
It also means we have delivered to the same office lobbies for years, wrapped bouquets for a wedding and then for the same couple's anniversary, and learned that the card matters as much as the flowers. Most of it is unglamorous. All of it is the reason people come back.
We are a small shop. You will speak to the people who make your bouquet, and they will remember you next time.
The year we opened
Trading continuously since, under the same name.
Years at the bench
Three decades of hand-tied work, not a franchise.
Shop, not a chain
Far East Plaza, level five. Come and see the flowers before you buy.
Days we are reachable
WhatsApp and phone, the way most of Singapore already orders flowers.
Level five, Far East Plaza
A small unit with buckets of fresh stock out front, rolls of wrapping paper behind the counter, and somebody who will build you something while you wait.
Plenty of our customers still walk in. The website exists so the ones who cannot, including the ones who now live overseas, can order from the same shop rather than from a relay service that has never seen our flowers.

Working with us as a business
A shop that has lasted thirty years is a shop that can hold a contract. Weekly office flowers, event work and corporate gifting are run as accounts.
